Job summary

MUJI Malaysia is seeking a retail associate to support daily store operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will greet customers, provide product information, and assist with stocking, cashier duties, and stock security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with 1–2 years of retail experience (advantage)
• Positive and with passion in retail industry
• Like interacting with customers and have an eye for details
• Articulate and outgoing
• Result oriented and good team player

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales budget
• Provide product information and service to customers pro-actively
• Greet and assist customer at the sales floor attentively
• Assist in receiving, counting of stocks, tagging and labeling
• Monitor and check goods with expiry date (Health & Beauty / Food)
• Do daily/weekly housekeeping
• Actively feedback on fast and slow moving stock
• Perform daily stock replenishment
• Assist the cashier at the Checkout point when required
• Report on any discrepancy of stock holding against the system
• Ensure stock displayed and sold on FIFO basis
