Job summary

MANJAKU RETAIL SDN. BHD. is looking for a friendly Retail Assistant in Malaysia to help customers identify and purchase products that fit their needs. You will deliver excellent service, greet customers professionally and explain product features accurately.

Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, stocking, merchandising and staying updated on promotions. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or retail experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Positive, customer-oriented attitude and comfortable working in a retail environment.

• Follow company policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
