Job summary

HLA (Malaysia) is seeking a Retail Fashion Associate in Kuala Lumpur to join a busy store team. You will greet customers, offer styling advice, drive sales, and manage POS transactions with accuracy. Training includes basic alterations and merchandising upkeep to reflect brand standards.

You will work with a supportive team, cover retail shifts including weekends, and contribute to a friendly, fashion-forward shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Customer service or retail experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.
• Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated personality to join our big family as a Retail Fashion Associate. You will be responsible to maintain, replenish, and upkeep of the store according to brand image and standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide styling advice and product recommendations based on customers' needs.
