Job summary

HLA Garment in Malaysia is seeking a Retail Fashion Associate to join our team. You will maintain, replenish, and upkeep the store according to brand image and standards, while delivering excellent customer service and fashion advice.

You will greet customers, provide styling suggestions, and help achieve sales targets. Training will be provided; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. English and Bahasa Malaysia are required, with Mandarin as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus for Mandarin-speaking customers.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated personality to join our big family as a Retail Fashion Associate. You will be responsible to maintain, replenish, and upkeep of the store according to brand image and standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide styling advice and product recommendations based on customers' needs.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting current collections and delivering excellent customer service.
• Operate the POS system accurately for sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Perform basic pants alterations (e.g., hemming) after receiving the required training, where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and an attractive shopping environment.
• Replenish stock, price merchandise, and assist with inventory counts.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales targets.
• Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Customer service or retail experience is an added advantage.
