Job summary

HLA (Malaysia) is looking for a Retail Fashion Associate to join our stores and uphold brand image through excellent service and presentation.

You will greet customers, provide styling advice, handle sales and POS, assist with stock and merchandising, and learn alterations and promotions. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided, with opportunities for growth in a friendly team.

HLA (Malaysia) is recruiting for Retail Fashion Associate

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated personality to join our big family as a Retail Fashion Associate. You will be responsible to maintain, replenish, and upkeep of the store according to brand image and standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide styling advice and product recommendations based on customers' needs.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting current collections and delivering excellent customer service.
• Operate the POS system accurately for sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Perform basic pants alterations (e.g., hemming) after receiving the required training, where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and an attractive shopping environment.
• Replenish stock, price merchandise, and assist with inventory counts.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales targets.
• Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements

• Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Customer service or retail experience is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Passionate about customer service and interested in fashion.
• Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a team.
