Job summary

SHOPLOOOH in Malaysia seeks a fashion retail sales associate passionate about style and customer service. You will help customers choose outfits, provide colour and fit advice, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include stock replenishment, simple cash handling on the POS, and assisting with transfers and returns. Weekend and public holiday work is required; fluency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion retail sales.
• Strong sense of style and passion for fabrics and clothing.
• Fluent in EN, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu preferred.

• Be the face of the brand — offer style advice on colours, fits, and silhouettes that bring out the best in our customers.
• Ensure a seamless shopping journey by keeping our collections well-stocked in every size and colour.
• Maintain a stylish and welcoming store environment, from the shop floor to the fitting rooms.
• Support stock management: new arrivals, replenishments, returns, transfers, and stock-take.
• Handle cashiering with accuracy using our POS system.
• At least 1 year of experience in fashion retail sales.
• Language skills: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Melayu for effective communication with diverse customers.
