• Open and close the restaurant, following daily checklists
• Follow SOPs
• Greet guests, handle feedback, and resolve complaints quickly
• Train new staff and coach the team on service standards
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service speed
• Handle cash, POS, and credit card terminals
• Enforce hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
• Support promotions and help achieve sales targets
• Mainly performing on the floor together with the team, taking orders from guests, controlling the service

Job description

• Mainly perfoming on the floor Together witht the team, taking orders from guests, Controlling the service.

Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Operations Manager
