Job summary

MAF FOOD SDN BHD is seeking a responsible Restaurant Supervisor / Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the team and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to manage operations efficiently.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling customer complaints, maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness, and supporting staff training.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or above.
• Experience in F&B operations or restaurant management.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage a team.
