Abella Drizz Sdn Bhd is seeking a Restaurant Operations Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant activities, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient staff performance. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment and coordinating both front-of-house and back-of-house teams across shifts.

The ideal candidate will monitor service speed, food quality, and presentation while strictly adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, and compliance with company standards.
• Supervises staff, handles customer concerns, maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.
• Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house staff during shifts to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.
• Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support to team members.
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and ongoing development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service speed.
• Handle opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reports.
• Support inventory control and assist with ordering supplies.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding operations and staff issues.
