Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the service team and ensure daily shifts run smoothly. You will organize staff duties, prepare rosters for approval, and manage opening, closing, reservations and cashier reconciliation with attention to guest experience.

You will deliver attentive service, coordinate orders with the kitchen, check cleanliness and supplies, and provide brief daily updates to management.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience, including leading service shifts.
• Good communication and organisation skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to work hands-on.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and experience serving them is a plus.
