Job summary

CERGAS NOBLE SDN. BHD. is a Malaysian homegrown cafe chain seeking a Restaurant Manager for Sarawak. The role focuses on overseeing restaurant operations, maintaining SOPs and food safety, and ensuring quality service across outlets.

You will manage inventory, lead and coach staff, drive sales and customer satisfaction, and ensure Halal, KKM, DOSH compliance. Travel and own transport are required; incentives and commissions are available upon confirmation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ Managerial experience in F&B / Restaurant Chain.
• Diploma in related field or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and ability to work independently / team player.
• Must possess own transport and willingness to travel.
• Incentive and commissions available upon confirmation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure smooth, consistent, and efficient service.
• Monitor and manage daily inventory levels, stock freshness, and waste control.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new staff to meet operational standards.
• Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews for team members.
• Drive excellent customer service and promptly handle complaints or issues.
• Conduct regular outlet audits using company checklists; provide feedback and corrective recommendations.
