Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent, or at least 2 years of hotel/related field experience.
• Experience in Food & Beverage is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and presentable appearance.
• On-the-job training provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and regulations.
• Maintains quality service by upholding organization standards.
• Analyzes sales and customer relations reports, categorizes data, and plans actions for complaints.
• Coaches, counsels, and disciplines outlet staff; monitors performance and appraises results.
