Job summary

Cosmo Restaurants Sdn Bhd (Burger King Malaysia) is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our Selangor outlets. You will ensure service quality, food safety, and staff performance across shifts.

You will train and guide outlet teams, manage reports, and work with a dynamic multi-site group as we expand in Malaysia; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in F&B/Hospitality or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire operations of the restaurant/outlet.
• Provide leadership and control to ensure good service and food quality.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety.
• Prepare shift/week reports, including staff control and sales.
• Train and guide the outlet team.
