Job summary

Pegacorn Sdn Bhd is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Subway KL Wellness City. You will lead restaurant operations, ensure food safety and cleanliness, control inventory and finances, and train staff to deliver exceptional service.

You will recruit and manage the team, implement local marketing, and monitor safety policies while driving sales and promotions in a busy Kuala Lumpur location.

Qualifications

• Experience in Restaurant Manager role or equivalent supervisory position.
• Familiarity with Subway operations and standards.
• Knowledge of inventory and cost-control practices.

Responsibilities

• Capable to perform all essential duties of Senior Sandwich Artist and Assistant Manager.
• Responsible for loss prevention and safeguarding products and property.
• Ensure safety and privacy of employee IDs; enforce policy.
• Plan staff schedules to maintain high productivity.
• Maintain business records and analyze data to drive sales.
• Communicate recipe changes and operational standards to staff.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
• Maintain health, safety, and security codes; enforce policies.
• Recruit, reward, and terminate staff as needed.
• Conduct quarterly or annual performance appraisals.
• Promote products and recruit prospective customers.
• Plan events and promotions; manage communications and reporting.
• Complete required University of Subway courses.
