Job summary

Pegacorn Sdn Bhd, operating the Subway Shell Sg Bakap Lay-by, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations, ensure food safety, maintain cleanliness, and drive sales. You will recruit and train staff, manage inventories and money controls, implement local marketing initiatives, and maintain records.

Exceptional leadership and customer service are essential. This role requires coordinating schedules, conducting appraisals, and reporting to the Owner/Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of prior training and validation per Subway syllabus.
• Completes Senior Sandwich Artist and Assistant Manager courses on University of Subway.

Responsibilities

• Capable to perform and fulfill all basic functions of Senior Sandwich Artist and Assistant Manager.
• Post staff schedule according to business needs and ensure high productivity.
• Maintain records and analyses to increase sales; manage inventory and loss prevention.
• Recruit, train, appraise, and terminate staff as needed.
• Coordinate with Area Managers/Owners on findings and inconsistencies.
