Qualifications

• Completes training per Senior Sandwich Artist and Assistant Manager.
• Completes all Senior Sandwich Artist courses on University of Subway.
• Excels in all skill qualifications from Sandwich Artist to Assistant Manager.
• Competent in managing the Restaurant and the team.
• Competent in inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Perform and direct overall restaurant management.
• Ensure food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards.
• Recruit staff and oversee training program.
• Plan staff schedules and maintain records.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety codes.
