In this role you will monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and provide guidance on mechanical and electrical services. Strong communication with residents and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in property/real estate management required.
• Strong report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with residents, clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property management operations, maintenance, tenancy matters and credit control.
• Monitor monthly/quarterly financial performance against budget and forecast.
• Prepare and manage approved annual budgets.
• Provide guidance on mechanical and electrical building services to site staff.
• Attend meetings with clients, residents and management committees and follow up on actions.
• Manage residents' and tenants' requests, feedback and complaints relating to common facilities and services.
• Prepare monthly reports, defect reports, checklists and presentations.
