• Proficient in budgeting and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with applicable laws and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance, cleaning and security for properties.
• Ensure policies and procedures uphold high property standards.
• Liaise with tenants, owners and contractors to resolve issues.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and resources.
• Report to management with regular updates.
