Job summary

Knight Frank Malaysia seeks a proactive Building Manager to oversee the operations of a residential property in Johor Bahru. You will manage day-to-day facilities, tenancy matters, and credit control to ensure service levels meet client expectations.

In this role you will monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and provide guidance on mechanical and electrical services. Strong communication with residents and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

Ensure smooth day-to-day management of the property, including operations, maintenance, tenancy matters, and credit control.
