Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Registered with BEM/IEM or relevant professional body.
• 5–10 years of relevant construction/site experience.
• Strong experience in site supervision, QA/QC, structural inspection, construction methods and technical specifications.
• Experience coordinating and dealing directly with consultants, clients, contractors and relevant authorities.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, documentation, reporting, safety and quality control procedures.
• Good communication, coordination and site problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be based at Gerik, Perak.

• Oversee and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, project schedules, and contractual obligations.
• Review and manage technical submissions, inspections, testing, commissioning, non-conformances, defects, and corrective actions to ensure project requirements are achieved
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, authorities, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical, design, and project-related issues
• Plan, manage, and monitor project activities, resources, costs, quality, and progress to ensure timely and successful project completion
• Maintain effective relationships with clients, authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate approvals and resolve issues efficiently
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical reports, inspection records, meeting minutes, quality reports, and other required deliverables

About you
