Job summary

REN Wellness Retreat (by ERMS Berhad - a subsidiary of IJM Land) seeks a detail‑oriented reservations professional to manage daily inquiries, bookings, amendments and cancellations across phone, email, website and OTA channels.

You will ensure accurate entries in PMS, support pricing and inventory control, monitor occupancy and demand trends, and assist the sales team with quotations and coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in hospitality management, business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations, revenue, or front office operations.
• Experience in resort, wellness, or luxury hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Familiar with PMS, OTA platforms, and reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily reservation activities including enquiries, bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests.

Job Requirements
