Job summary

REN Wellness Retreat, by ERMS Berhad, in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, seeks a proactive sales and marketing professional to drive growth and nurture corporate partnerships within the integrated Hospitality, Health and Wellness destination.

You will engage with clients, prepare quotations, and support marketing campaigns while coordinating events and activities to boost business development and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Wellness, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Account Management experience.
• Experience in wellness, medical aesthetics, hospitality, leisure, tourism, or lifestyle industries is highly preferred.
• Experience handling corporate clients or partnership accounts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support daily sales activities by engaging with prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Follow up on sales inquiries and leads to assist in achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure a good customer experience.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain sales-related documents, quotations, and records accurately.
• Monitor sales progress, customer follow-ups, and project updates to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in marketing activities, promotional campaigns, events, and networking initiatives when required.
• Support the team in preparing marketing materials and coordinating campaign activities.

Support daily sales activities by engaging with prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.

Requirements

Experience in wellness, medical aesthetics, hospitality, leisure, tourism, or lifestyle industries is highly preferred.

Experience handling corporate clients or partnership accounts is an advantage.

Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities (verbal and written).

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
