Job summary

REN Wellness Retreat (by ERMS Berhad - a subsidiary of IJM Land) is seeking a customer-focused associate to assist shoppers in a premium wellness store in Subang Jaya. You will greet customers, assess wellness needs, and recommend products with demonstrations and care.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency, at least 1 year in retail, and a passion for wellness. Weekend and public holiday work is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of retail or similar experience.
• Passionate about wellness, healthy living, or natural products.
• Able to communicate confidently and professionally in Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Understand wellness needs and recommend suitable products.
• Provide accurate product information and usage demonstrations when needed.
• Keep displays clean, well-organized, and correctly priced.
• Replenish shelves and ensure stock availability.
• Assist with opening and closing store procedures and processing payments.

Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Understand customers' wellness needs and recommend suitable products.

Deliver accurate product information and demonstrate product usage when required.

Ensure products are well displayed, clean, and properly priced.

Replenish shelves and maintain sufficient stock availability.

Assist in opening and closing store procedures.

Process customer payments and issue receipts.

Job Requirement

SPM, Diploma, or equivalent. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.

Able to communicate confidently and professionally in Mandarin language, both verbally and in writing. As this position is required to handle China customers/products.

At least 1 year of working experiences in retail or similar setting.

Passionate about wellness, healthy living, or natural products.

Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.

Willing to learn and continuously improve.

Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
