Job summary

REN Wellness Retreat, by ERMS Berhad, a subsidiary of IJM Land, seeks a Pharmacy Assistant to support pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, ensuring stock is compliant with safety and regulatory guidelines. You will assist with entry into dispensing software and provide clear patient instructions.

Singapore? Malaysia-based role requiring Mandarin and interest in traditional Chinese medicine. Weekend shifts may be required. Join a wellness-focused team at REN Wellness Retreat.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmacy is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a pharmacy, hospital, TCM clinic, or herbal medicine store.
• Proficiency with dispensing software and stock management is preferred.
• Mandarin language dialect is required to handle Chinese products.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately.
• Ensure medication storage is compliant with safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Support in managing pharmacy stock: receiving, labeling, storing, and rotating stock.
• Enter orders into dispensing program accurately and use software correctly.
• Provide clear instructions to outpatients and discharged patients in a language known to patients.
• Maintain minimum stock levels and check expiry dates and storage conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately

Ensure medication storage is compliant with safety and regulatory guidelines

Support in managing pharmacy stock: receiving, labelling, storing, and rotating stock

Ensure the medication orders are entered into dispensing program accurately and software utilized correctly.

Provide clear, understandable instructions to outpatients and discharged patients in a language known to patients.

Maintain minimum stock levels of medicines, checking expiry dates and storage conditions.

Requirements

Minimum a Diploma holder in Pharmacy.

At least 1 years in a pharmacy, hospital, TCM clinic, or herbal medicine store.

SPM holder with relevant years of working experiences in similar role are welcomed to apply.

Mandarin language dialect is required as this position will need to handle Chinese products.

Have strong interest in TCM herbs and herbal preparation techniques in a TCM Setting.

Demonstrates a positive attitude, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
