Job summary

REN Wellness Retreat, operated by ERMS Berhad, invites an aspiring Assistant Marketing Manager to lead creative campaigns across digital and offline channels in Subang Jaya. You will own campaigns from planning to post-campaign analysis, coordinate materials, and collaborate with designers, agencies and influencers to boost brand presence.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and at least 5 years in marketing, branding or events, with strong leadership,

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• At least 5 years in Marketing/Branding roles.
• Ability to create new campaigns for retail and e-commerce.
• Experience managing campaigns, events and branding initiatives.
• Strong communication, leadership and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.
• Team player who can lead and motivate the marketing team to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Take ownership of assigned campaigns from planning through execution and post-campaign reporting.
• Coordinate the development of marketing materials including visuals, videos, social media content, brochures and promotional materials.
• Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers and agencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in managing social media platforms, digital advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance including reach, engagement, lead generation, conversion and ROI.
• Support CRM initiatives and data-driven marketing improvements.
• Plan, coordinate and execute wellness talks, corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, roadshows and pop-up activations.
• Source and coordinate collaborations with KOLs, influencers and content creators.
• Liaise with agencies and media partners regarding artwork, schedules and campaign execution.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

At least 5 years of working experiences in Marketing/Branding related role.

Creativity to generate new marketing strategies and campaigns for retail and e-commerce.

Experience in managing marketing campaigns, events, and branding initiatives.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics.

Must be team player and able to lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve their targets.
