Job summary

Weike Gaming Technology (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a technically skilled support specialist to provide remote and on-site assistance for customers. You will diagnose and resolve product issues, create and manage support tickets, and ensure SLA compliance while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Ideal candidates hold a IT/CS/SE/Electronics degree, have 1–2 years in technical or system support, and can communicate in local languages with Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve system and electronic product issues in a timely manner.
• Create, update, and manage support tickets accurately.
• Assist customers in resolving technical issues using internal knowledge resources.
• Ensure all support cases are handled within the agreed service level (SLA).
• Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation after each support assignment.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers by providing professional after-sales support.
• Work closely with internal support teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
