Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable technical support professional to provide onsite and remote assistance for customers. You will diagnose issues, manage tickets, and deliver timely resolutions while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT/CS/SE/ electronics and has 1–2 years of relevant experience, with Mandarin preferred for communication. You must be comfortable working remotely and willing to travel within Malaysia and abroad as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in technical support, system support, or electronic product support.
• Fluent in local languages; Mandarin proficiency is preferred for work communication.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve system and electronic product issues in a timely manner.
• Create, update, and manage support tickets accurately.
• Assist customers in resolving technical issues using internal knowledge resources.
• Ensure all support cases are handled within the agreed service level (SLA).
• Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation after each support assignment.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers by providing professional after-sales support.
• Work closely with internal support teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
