Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (Mandarin Speaker) to provide onsite and remote support for customers, diagnose issues, and manage tickets. The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT/CS/SE or electronics and has 1–2 years of relevant experience.

You should be fluent in local languages with Mandarin proficiency preferred, be able to work independently in a remote environment, and travel within Malaysia or overseas when required. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical support, system support, or electronic product support.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred for work communication.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve system and electronic product issues in a timely manner.
• Create, update, and manage support tickets accurately.
• Assist customers in resolving technical issues using internal knowledge resources.
• Ensure all support cases are handled within the agreed service level (SLA).
• Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation after each support assignment.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers by providing professional after-sales support.
• Work closely with internal support teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
