Job summary

Pepper Cloud is seeking a Sales and Support Executive in Selangor to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and expand our sales channels. You will conduct product demos, follow up with leads, and manage client accounts from onboarding through retention, including collaboration with channel partners and attendance at industry events.

The role requires 2-3 years in Sales or Business Development, fluency in Mandarin and English, and a track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Experience in SaaS, CRM, or technology sales will be an added advantage.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin/Chinese and English.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience handling client meetings, product demonstrations, and customer relationships.
• Target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients and effectively communicate product value.
• Follow up with leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (Value and Volume).
• Identify and develop new sales channels, business opportunities, and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and distributors.
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding and product adoption experience.
• Follow up with customers after onboarding, understand their requirements, and support long-term retention.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
