Job summary

Pepper Cloud enlists a target-driven Sales and Support Executive to drive business growth, nurture client relationships, and expand sales channels in a dynamic SaaS environment. You will conduct product demos, follow up with leads, and ensure smooth onboarding and retention for customers.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in Sales or BD, experience in SaaS/CRM, and fluency in Mandarin/English. Travel to Singapore may be required for key meetings and partner engagements.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Experience in SaaS, CRM, or technology sales.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin/Chinese and English.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience handling client meetings, product demonstrations, and customer relationships.
• Target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Ability to manage leads and drive the sales process from prospecting to closure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients and effectively communicate product value.
• Follow up with leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (Value and Volume).
• Identify and develop new sales channels, business opportunities, and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and distributors.
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding and product adoption experience.
• Follow up with customers after onboarding, understand their requirements, and support long-term retention.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Maintain accurate and updated sales pipeline and customer records.
