Responsibilities

• Serve as the bridge between clients and gig workforce.
• Manage client job postings and attract talent.
• Process payments for gig workers.
• Support Account Management with after-sales queries and troubleshooting client issues.
• Act as client champion and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Multitask across client needs and gig worker support with fast response.
