Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding remotely. You will build strong candidate networks, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain organized ATS records across multiple roles.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related role
Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Experience sourcing passive candidates
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and/or ATS platforms
Comfortable conducting candidate interviews over video
Ability to evaluate candidates against role requirements
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong organization and time management
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, candidate databases, and other channels
Proactively engage passive candidates and build talent pipelines
Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Track interview schedules, feedback, and next steps
Manage candidates from sourcing through the offer stage
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the process
Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs and adjust strategies
