Job summary

Playlist is seeking a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to support our full-cycle recruiting team across technical and non-technical roles. This remote, full-time position is based in Malaysia, working closely with recruiters to manage posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and extending offer letters.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or HR support role.
• Strong judgement and attention to detail with multi-tasking ability.
• Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency with modern talent acquisition tools (ATS) and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with recruiters and managers.

Responsibilities

• Post jobs, schedule interviews, coordinate interviewer debriefs, and follow-ups.
• Utilize GoodTime for scheduling and candidate experience improvements.
• Attend intake meetings with recruiters and hiring managers to align on needs.
• Prepare and extend written offer letters with accurate details.
• Host virtual interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience aligned with values.
