Job summary

Persatuan Ka Yin Kuala Lumpur dan Selangor is seeking a property coordinator to manage rental properties, oversee tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations while maintaining strong tenant relationships in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle rent collection, prepare regular reports, supervise property inspections, coordinate repairs, and ensure cleaning and security services meet standards.

Multilingual communication in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia is valued to support a diverse tenant

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in property management or related area is an advantage.
• Good communication, willingness to learn and responsible.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings, handle tenancy agreements renewals and terminations.
• Manage rental collection, prepare reports and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Conduct property inspections, coordinate repairs, and supervise cleaning and security services.
• Handle tenant enquiries, feedback, complaints and coordination.

Skills

Tri-lingual: Chinese, English, Bahasa 

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
