Job summary

Supple Homes Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator Virtual Assistant who is fully bilingual in English and Mandarin to support project managers on luxury residential builds.

This remote role targets candidates based in Malaysia or Mainland China, with compensation US$12–17 per hour and a long-term remote opportunity with a Silicon Valley builder. You will coordinate schedules, maintain documentation, track decisions, and communicate across English and Mandarin with homeowners,

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin with professional pronunciation.
• Experience coordinating luxury residential construction projects.
• Experience with American clients or U.S.-based companies is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of active luxury residential construction projects.
• Track project schedules, deadlines, action items, selections, approvals, and outstanding decisions.
• Maintain organized project documentation, meeting notes, and correspondence.
• Follow up with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and team members to keep tasks moving.
• Coordinate meetings, calls, appointments, and project communications.
• Maintain accurate information in BuilderTrend and other company systems.
• Identify missing information, overdue items, and coordination issues and follow through until resolved.
