Job summary

JOMVENTURES TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD in Sepang, Selangor is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive specializing in Paid Ads and Creative Design. You will manage campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, while producing creative visuals and promotional content to drive inquiries and sales.

The role requires data-driven decision making, strong design skills (Canva/Adobe), and the ability to optimise across platforms based on performance metrics. Travel industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Paid Ads or related roles.
• Must have practical experience managing Meta Ads.
• Experience managing Google Ads and TikTok Ads is preferred.
• Must have experience creating marketing or advertising designs.
• Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design tools.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Able to independently create posters, digital advertisements and promotional materials.
• Good understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS and conversion rates.
• Familiar with audience targeting, retargeting and advertising funnels.
• Basic knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative with a good understanding of visual layout, typography and advertising design.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality or service industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Develop advertising strategies based on company sales targets and campaign objectives.
• Monitor advertising performance daily and analyse metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate).
• Optimise campaigns, audiences, budgets, placements and creatives based on performance.
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, headlines, copywriting and visuals.
• Identify high-performing campaigns and recommend scaling strategies.
• Monitor and control advertising budgets for efficiency.
• Create and design advertising creatives for multiple platforms.
• Design promotional posters and campaign visuals with branding guidelines.
• Produce simple video advertisements or short-form content when required.
• Edit photos/videos into advertising materials and test variations.
