2–3 years of practical experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Google Ads; TikTok Ads experience is a plus.
Proficient in English and Mandarin; able to write ad copy in both languages.
Portfolio or case studies showing media buying, optimization, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and more.
Develop audience segmentation, funnels, and targeting aligned with goals.
Analyse ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions; run structured A/B tests across assets.
Create persuasive ad copy and collaborate on creative assets; use Canva/Adobe Express when needed.
Present insights and recommendations to regional stakeholders; ensure alignment with business objectives.
