Job summary

The Branding People Sdn Bhd is seeking a Creative and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to scale client brands across Southeast Asia through high-performing digital campaigns.

You’ll blend creativity with performance across ideation, execution, and optimization—develop hooks, angles, and marketing concepts, and test AI-powered strategies to drive measurable growth. Strong English and Mandarin are a plus in a fast-paced agency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or related fields.
• Experience running campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Background in digital marketing agencies, e-commerce, or performance-driven industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and metrics like CPA, CPR, CTR, CPC, ROAS.
• Proven ability in content ideation, copywriting, hook creation, and creative strategy.
• A portfolio of ad copies, concepts, campaigns, or creative projects preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools for ideation, scripting, research, and development.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Detail-oriented with curiosity about why ads succeed or fail.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Self-driven, proactive, eager to learn new marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms.
• Monitor performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Develop and test 5–10 new creative angles weekly.
• Conduct market, trend, and competitor research plus ad monitoring.
• Collaborate with Video Editors and Creative Teams on high-converting creatives.
• Write ad angles, scripts, copies, briefs, and messaging.
• Analyze metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Monitor CPA, CPR, CTR, CPC, and ROAS; suggest optimizations.
• Test new concepts, audiences, and strategies for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates.
• Utilize AI tools for ideation, scripting, research, and development.
