Job summary

TOTALMEN (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to drive performance marketing and brand growth across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will run high-converting ads, craft visuals, and build our brand presence across social channels.

Collaborate with Sales and CS to hit targets, analyze data, and stay ahead of trends with new ad formats. The role offers growth, a supportive culture, and KPI-based incentives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on experience with paid ads/digital marketing.
• Experience managing campaigns on Facebook, Google, and TikTok dashboards.
• Ability to craft visuals and edit short videos using Canva, CapCut, or basic editing tools.
• Strong data analysis and ability to troubleshoot campaign performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, and Google Ads.
• Craft multi-channel digital strategies designed for lead generation and conversion growth.
• Design visuals, short-form videos, and engaging ad copy.
• Maintain and scale brand presence on Facebook, IG, and TikTok.
• Track analytics, evaluate performance, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with Sales and CS to hit targets.
• Explore new digital trends and ad formats to elevate performance.
