Poh Wah Machinery & Trading Sdn Bhd is hiring for an Operations Administration Executive to coordinate transport, monitor delivery schedules, and liaise with customers, site personnel and internal teams. You will handle inquiries, provide pre-delivery and after-sales admin support, and process orders and documents in a fast-paced environment.

Role involves managing export documentation, maintaining records, and supporting the Sales Department.

Qualificações

• Strong coordination, communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Auto Count experience is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Responsive to urgent cases after office hours.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate transport arrangements and monitor delivery schedules.
• Liaise with customers, site personnel and internal teams on site clearance and documentation.
• Handle customer enquiries via email, phone and messaging platforms.
• Provide pre-delivery and after-sales administrative support.
• Prepare and process sales orders, delivery orders, invoices and packing lists.
• Manage export documentation and ensure document accuracy.
• Maintain filing and documentation records.
• Maintain equipment certifications and related documentation.
• Data entry and maintain sales and operational records.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Department.
