Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in a manufacturing and export environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good administrative, filling and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks for warehouse and logistics operation.
• Handle export shipping arrangements on time and prepare shipment docs (BL, CI, PL, COO, etc).
• Assist in selecting forwarder/shipping liner and transporters for shipment delivery.
• Work with operation PIC to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of tasks.
• Support Logistics Officer in monitoring daily warehouse and logistics operations.
• Perform other related warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
