Job summary

Contacthings Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to deliver technical support for IT projects across Malaysia. The role involves network installation and configuration, conference room AV support, IT asset management, and onsite assistance.

You will provide onsite and remote support, perform cabling and configuration, maintain AV equipment, manage IT assets, and assist with project tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT working experience.
• Hands-on experience in network cabling, configuration, and troubleshooting (certification is added advantage).
• Experience in conference room AV equipment support.
• Knowledge of IT asset management.
• Own a car and willing for outstation travel within Malaysia, including overnight stays when required.
• Willing to learn with good attitude and teamwork.
• Able to work independently with good troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT technical support and troubleshooting.
• Perform network cabling, installation, and configuration.
• Install, maintain, and support conference room AV equipment.
• Manage IT assets, data destruction and disposal.
• Support IT project related tasks.
