Job summary

QUBE APPS SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. is seeking an Application Support Specialist to assist with onsite and remote installations, train clients on product features, and provide ongoing support for POS systems.

The role includes remote troubleshooting, documentation, and following up on customer issues using a ticketing system. The position involves standby shifts, hands-on client training, and potential travel to overseas projects as needed.

Qualifications

Standby shifts to support users remotely
Onsite and remote training to clients
Documentation on software user guides and customisation requests
Remote troubleshooting and debugging of systems
Ticketing system follow-up and issue resolution
Ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Responsibilities

Take up standby shifts according to the duty roster to support users remotely
Perform onsite and remote training to clients and presentations to new and existing clients on product features
Prepare and develop documentation on software user guide and software customisation requests including software testing
Provide user support enquiries regarding Point-of-Sales (POS) and technical issues including remote troubleshooting and debugging of systems
Track, follow-up and resolve customer's outstanding issues based on ticketing system
Perform ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time by management
