Job summary

E-Content (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT support professional in Malaysia to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, set up and troubleshoot hardware and software, and handle daily cases both remotely and on-site. The role involves networking tasks and adherence to statutory contributions, with paid leave and standard benefits upon confirmation.

Candidates should have a IT Hardware degree or diploma and be willing to travel with a valid license. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Computer / Information Technology (Hardware)
• Willing to travel with valid driving license (B2/D)
• Experience in IT Network Operation capacity or good understanding of IT support operations is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance.
• Set up, configuration and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems, and networks
• Handling daily cases remotely and on-site support if needed.
• Installation and configuration computer hardware, operating system and applications.
• Networking (Switching, Wireless and Cabelling).
• EPF / SOCSO / HRDF contribution.
• Annual Leave, Medical and Hospitalization Leave upon confirmation.
• Up to sixteen (16) days of Public Holidays.
