Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for desktop hardware and applications.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of MS Windows OS.
• Perform troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Support hardware and software relocations and updates.
• Participate in preventive maintenance activities.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior engineers.
• Assist in project rollouts and installation of new systems.
• Ensure service requests are handled per SLA.
