Job summary

Pro Office Technology in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Technical Support to join our TS Team. The role involves IT technical support, troubleshooting, installation, configuration, maintenance, project deployment, and client support.

Responsibilities

Provide basic remote and on-site technical support to clients.
Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
Assist with installation, configuration, testing, and deployment of IT systems and equipment.
Install and configure computers, laptops, printers, scanners, network devices, and IT peripherals.
Assist with basic LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and network troubleshooting.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment.
Assist with project implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Prepare service, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting reports.
Maintain accurate equipment and technical activity records.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior technical personnel.
