Job summary

PRASARANA MALAYSIA BERHAD is seeking an IT Support professional to install, diagnose, repair and maintain hardware and software across the organization. You will handle desktops and notebooks, configure emails and VPN for users, and ensure security with antivirus software.

The role requires willingness to be on standby for EUC/EAC operations and adherence to ITSM SLA standards. Candidate should have a Diploma in a related field and at least 1 year of IT experience, with the ability to escalate

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information System / Telecommunication or an equivalent.
Minimum one (1) year of relevant working experience in IT/Computer or related field.
Must be able to elevate issues to Level 2 & 3 if unable to be resolved.

Responsibilities

Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot desktops, notebooks, and any other authorized peripherals (equipment).
Performs general preventive maintenance tasks on desktops, notebooks, and any other authorized peripherals (equipment).
Provide support, technical guidance and on-the-job training to IT team members or/and other relevant Users to enhance the individual’s skills and work performance.
Willing to be 24X7 on standby for EUC and EAC operation support.
