Job summary

KONE is seeking an Operations Analysis Engineer in Malaysia to monitor elevators and escalators, identifying faults and anomalies across a global portfolio. You will work with field teams to ensure reliable operations and timely reporting, driving data-driven improvements and new monitoring capabilities.

You will build dashboards, analyze fault trends, and support hardware/software upgrades, collaborating with global teams to enhance equipment availability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related field.
• Strong data handling and analysis skills.
• Experience with IoT or remote monitoring is a plus.
• Power BI/dashboard development experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor elevators and escalators to identify abnormalities and breakdowns.
• Escalate critical events to stakeholders until resolution.
• Prepare reports for service teams and customers.
• Deliver accurate scheduled reports on time with Area Lead.
• Coordinate with local Service teams on corrective actions.
