Job summary

Castlery is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage returns and replacement operations, and oversee the outbound order process across US and Canada markets. You will work remotely, coordinating with Customer Experience, Supply Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and external carriers to resolve delivery and return cases with minimal customer friction.

The role requires strong English, 3–4 years in logistics, and the ability to work independent of supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English.
• 3–4 years in logistics, operations, or supply chain.
• Experience with external vendors or logistics providers.

Responsibilities

• Own returns and replacement operations end to end.
• Manage end-to-end outbound order process and recover at-risk orders.
• Coordinate delivery arrangements and resolve exceptions with carriers and teams.
• Respond to delivery, returns, and replacement inquiries via phone, email and ticketing systems.
• Manage returns transportation: schedule pickups, track shipments, confirm warehouse receipt.
• Monitor issues, analyze data, and drive corrective actions.
• Support logistics partner coordination and performance management.
• Analyze operational data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records across outbound and returns workflows.
