Job summary

S PIERSON MACHINERY Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Executive to support and coordinate daily logistics, order planning, production follow-up and delivery activities. The role collaborates with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Quality, customers, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure orders are followed up and delivered on time.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in logistics, planning or operations.
• Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is preferred for communication with stakeholders.
• Strong planning, scheduling and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments.
• Arrange shipments through courier services and freight forwarders.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up on delivery issues.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse and Quality to keep orders on schedule.
• Provide management with updates on delays or delivery risks.
